Here at Huey D’s Goodies, we specialize in gourmet cheesecake products. Since the launch of the business in 2019, we’ve worked countless hours trying to perfect our craft. The name behind the company is unique in it’s own way. We wanted to ensure our name stood out amongst others, we also wanted to make sure our name would be remembered for years to come.

Huey is the nickname of our first born son and the “D” comes from his middle name, and who doesn’t like goodies, right? We really started building a name for ourselves during the pandemic in 2020 and it took off from there for us. We overcame the pandemic by putting in coutless hours day and night. That summer we eventually moved our operation from our home kitchen to a local church kitchen located downtown Kalamazoo.

We currently have our products featured in 7 locations throughout Kalamazoo and 1 location in Vicksburg, MI. This amazing journey has allowed us to be featured in several news articles, a local cooking show, winning our 1st business pitch competition in March of 2023 and this is only the beginning for our company. We love giving back to the community, rather it’s spending time with youth or donating our products to local non-profit groups like the Gospel Mission & The YWCA. At the end of the day we just want to be an example for the next generation of entrepreneurs, and to let them know that it is possible to make your dreams a reality.
