Once an order is received, please allow 2-3 business days for it to be completed.

All orders must be picked up during business hours. 

All orders, including deliveries or pick-ups, must have a first & last name, valid phone number & email address included to receive updates regarding your order.

Someone must be present at the time of delivery with the amount due if your order is not paid for already. We can only deliver if someone is present to receive the item. If no one is present at the time of the delivery, your order will be return to the establishment and it will become your responsibility to pick up. For pick up orders only, the delivery fee will deducted from your total cost and issue back to the customer.

Refund Policy.

Our products are handcrafted with a dose of time and effort. They are also perishable, therefore, we do not offer refunds. We doubt you’ll be disappointed, but in the event you are not, please allow us to make things right.

No Cheesecake Left Behind Policy.

Each product is made fresh for you to enjoy. And life happens! Due to health code reason we reserve the right to discard unclaimed orders within four business days of completion.
